Per your Documents, your Association Fees are due on the 1st day of January and July. Association Fees shall be considered late if they are not received by the 15th day of the month due. At that time, you will incur a late fee of $25.00 plus 18% interest on the delinquent amount.
Statements will be sent to you by regular mail approximately 30 days before the due date. A courtesy email reminder will also be sent. Payments can be made by regular mail, through our online payment website, or you may sign up for automatic drafting of your bank account.

There is a convenience fee of 3.5% for Credit or Debit Cards payments, however E-check payments have no processing costs or fees.
If you have not yet registered for the online payment website, please call or email us and we will send you a WELCOME email with directions to set up your account.
Finally, you have the option to sign up for Automatic Electronic Payments. Simply complete the form available through this link: ACH Form
Return the form and a VOID check to us and we will get you set up. Your payment will be scheduled to be deducted from your Bank account on the 5th day of the month due. There is no charge for this service.
